Our new website is live. We've rebuilt it so it's quicker to find a product, compare vial sizes, check the manufacturer's certificates and keep track of your orders. This short tour walks through the main parts of the site and where to find each one.
The menu
Open the menu from the top of any page and you'll see the whole site in one numbered list: All products, Build your stack, Multi-buy packs, Blends and the category collections, COAs, Rewards, Ambassador, FAQ, Contact, About and Lab guides. The same disclaimer appears there as on every page: our products are for laboratory research use only.
The bar along the top of the site carries any current offer and a reminder that we deliver to Great Britain only.
Search
The search icon in the header opens site search. Type a compound name, or part of one, to see matching products. It's the quickest route if you already know what you're looking for.
Collections and categories
If you'd rather browse, start with All products. This is the full research range in one place, with filters for availability and sorting by price, name, date or best sellers. You can also switch between list and grid views.
The range is also split into collections:
- BPC-157 & TB-500: single peptides.
- Copper Complexes & Tripeptides: including GHK-Cu, AHK-Cu and glutathione.
- Mitochondrial Research Peptides: compounds such as MOTS-c, SS-31 and NAD+.
Each product page lists the vial sizes we offer and shows which sizes are in stock, so you can see availability before adding anything to your basket.
Multi-buy packs
Multi-buy packs are for when you need more than one of the same item. They're 3-vial packs of selected products, priced lower than buying three single vials. Each pack page shows how the pack price compares.
Because packs are already discounted, our other offers (the FIRST code, spend discounts and mix & match) don't apply to them, and packs don't count towards those offers' totals. The full details are in our FAQ.
Build your stack and Blends
Build your stack lets you pick several products and add them to your basket together. Blends are pre-combined products; they haven't been tested as combined products, so they don't have a certificate of their own.
COAs
The COAs link in the menu goes to our certificate library. Manufacturer COAs (SENOBIO), listed by product, where available, are all in one table on our COAs page, and you can open or download each PDF from there. Our vial labels don't currently show a lot number, so a certificate may not be for the lot you receive. The homepage also shows the most recently added certificates.

Your account
Use the account icon in the header to create an account or sign in. Having an account means you can:
- use the FIRST welcome code, which needs you to be signed in at checkout;
- earn and redeem points in Vitaluxe Rewards on orders placed while signed in.
The basket and checkout
The basket opens as a side panel, so you can keep browsing. It shows your subtotal. You can add a note for us and enter a discount code there or at checkout. Only one discount applies per order.
Delivery and returns at a glance
- We deliver to Great Britain only, by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Delivery to Great Britain costs £3.99.
- Free delivery to Great Britain when your order total is £55 or more after any discount. One discount per order (a discount code or a Rewards redemption) can be used alongside free delivery.
- Orders placed by 11am, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day; otherwise within 1–2 working days.
- Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund.

If you create content about science and research, you can apply through the Ambassador page.

The FAQ covers ordering, offers, delivery, returns and certificates. If you can't find an answer there, use the Contact page or email us. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
