Two questions come up more than any others: where to find the certificate for a product, and how delivery and returns work. This post answers both in one place.
How we list manufacturer COAs
Manufacturer COAs (SENOBIO), listed by product, where available, are published on our COAs page. Our vial labels don't currently show a lot number, so a certificate may not be for the lot you receive. It's a single table, so you can see every certificate we hold without opening each product.
What the COAs page shows
- One row per certificate. Each certificate is listed by the lot number printed on it, with the material name and the date of the certificate.
- The full PDF. Open any row to view or download the complete certificate exactly as the manufacturer issued it.
- What each certificate reports. The manufacturer's certificates report purity measured by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) and molecular weight measured by mass spectrometry, as stated by the manufacturer.
The homepage also shows the most recently added certificates, with a link through to the full library.
What a certificate covers
A certificate of analysis relates only to the lot printed on it. Our vial labels don't currently show a lot number, so a certificate may not be for the lot you receive. We'd rather say that clearly than leave it unsaid.
These are the manufacturer's own certificates. We publish them as issued and don't add to or change them.
Blends
Our blends haven't been tested as combined products, so they don't have a certificate of their own and none is listed for them on the COAs page.
Storage information
Where a product page has a "Manufacturer storage" line, it quotes the storage conditions printed on the manufacturer's certificate for the lot named there. We don't provide preparation, handling or use instructions of any kind.
Delivery
- Where we deliver. Great Britain only. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside Great Britain. If an order with a Northern Ireland address is placed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
- How we send it. Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We use Royal Mail only.
- What it costs. Delivery to Great Britain is £3.99. Free delivery to Great Britain when your order total is £55 or more after any discount. One discount per order (a discount code or a Rewards redemption) can be used alongside free delivery.
- Dispatch. Orders placed by 11am, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day; otherwise within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Arrival. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. These are Royal Mail's estimates, so we can't guarantee a delivery date.
- Tracking. Every order is tracked, and we email the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Our products are supplied in sealed vials.
- Unopened items. You can return unopened items, with the seal intact, within 14 days for a refund. The 14 days start the day after you receive your order.
- How to start a return. Email us with your order number and we'll send a returns reference and the return details.
- Return postage. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. We refund the item price and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of proof of return, if sooner).
- Opened items. Once a seal is broken, an item can't be returned just because you've changed your mind.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong items. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the item, its label and the packaging. We'll put it right and pay the return postage. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
